Complex layouts, for example newsletters with text that flows from one box to another, can show small differences, and fonts that aren't available on our server are replaced by similar ones. Check the PDF after converting.
Can I convert several PUB files into one PDF?
Yes. Add up to 30 files, check "Merge all into one PDF", and click "Convert". The files are combined in the order shown: drag them into place or use "Sort by". Without this option, you get one PDF per file in a ZIP file.
Can I edit my publication after converting it?
The PDF keeps the look of your publication. To change text or pictures, use our PDF editor after converting, or convert the PDF to Word with PDF to Word.
Can I convert a PDF back to PUB?
No. ToolifyPDF converts PUB files to PDF, but not PDF to PUB, and since Publisher has been retired there is little use for new PUB files. To edit the content of a PDF, use our PDF editor, or convert it to Word with PDF to Word and continue in Word.
